At Her Ritual, we want you to feel confident with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at support@getherritual.com  and we will help you.

30-Day Results Guarantee

We offer a 30-day results guarantee. Use Her Ritual consistently as directed for at least 30 days. If you do not notice smoother-looking skin or reduced-looking regrowth, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review your request.

To request a guarantee claim, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of your experience
- Photos if available

If approved, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the UK or EU, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare/body-care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or covered under our 30-day results guarantee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return or guarantee request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products, except approved guarantee claims
- Gift cards
- Items not purchased from our official store
- Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer
