Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Her Ritual is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@getherritual.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.
